Bought a zero gravity chair that broke first time using it. I called the next day to complain and the lady there said she wanted to replace my broken chair that was sold at a discount to me for the newest style out right and not even needing to see the chair.or recipet because she also remembered me. It was amazing service and her way of handling the situation was by far the best I ever dealt with.

The best service every time.In a rush to help you never to rush you along they treat everyone like family! Very very pleased with the service. Not only do they tell you where what your looking for is but they take you to it and make sure it's what your going to need. Hands down best handy man / women's hardware store I've ever been to.

I love shopping here, the folks are always helpful and nice. I buy a bale of hay each fall for my dogs' house and gardening needs in the spring as well as stuff to rid my sidewalk of snow and ice. I guess you could say they take care of me all year! LOL

They are awesome. I am slowly losing my eyesore and have brainfog from cancer. They always meet me with a smile and a note pad and pen so I get everything from there in one stop. Might cost a little more but if it's a one shop stop that's fully stocked. With the extra money I pay to get all the products I need.instead of going to 3 or 4 other places and still not finding everything I want and need. Thank You LA Hardware!! You are the best !!

Love the people, i have been going their, for as long as i can remember going with my dad. I know it family owned and they are very helpful and knowledgeable about what you need... Unlike the big Box stores.... I have a 1920 house and i can always come out with the exact item what I need and don't have to go back three or four times I will continue to always go to that store and I just want to say thank you always for being there!

Customer Service was great! I went in on Thursday evening needing assistance with getting a bolt unstuck from a weed eater I purchased on Amazon and Cali and Larry both tried to help me get it unstuck and didn't just turn me away when they couldn't the first time I appreciate their kindness and efforts!

I love this place. It's family owned, and they are so friendly and helpful it reminds me of a small town store. You will probably meet a family member when you walk in. Whatever your project, they can advise on the best way to fix it. For a small store, they usually have what I need.
